Normal Cleaning - (Maintenance)

The Whole House

- Remove all cobwebs from the ceiling and corners
- Clean and dust all mirrors and doors
- Dust all furniture and wall hangings
- Clean all push plates, light switches and lamps
- Clean all glass surfaces and countertops
- Wipe all window sills for dust and fingerprints
- Dust all baseboards, wood trim and door jams
- Vacuum and dust all heating vents
- Vacuum all carpeted areas




The Bathroom

- Clean and dust all light fixtures and bulbs
- Clean and sanitize sinks
- Clean and sanitize shower doors and tub
- Clean and disinfect toilet bowl
- Vacuum, damp mop and buff floor




The Kitchen

- Dust ceiling and corners for cobwebs
- Dust ceiling fans
- Wipe outside of kitchen cabinets
- Wipe and clean outside of all appliances
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean and polish all stainless steel fixtures
- Clean, polish and sanitize sinks
- Wipe all wood trim for fingerprints
- Clean all granite, marble or Formica countertops
- Vacuum, damp mop and buff floors

- Spring Cleaning - (Initial Clean)

- The “Spring Clean” or initial clean is a deep clean that includes everything in the maintenance checklist, plus the following additional services:

- Clean and scrub all baseboards and wood trim with Murphy’s Oil or Holloway House Lemon Oil.
- Clean the outside of all kitchen cabinets with Murphy’s Oil or Holloway House Lemon Oil.
- Take all books out of bookcases and clean all wood shelves with Murphy’s Oil or Holloway House lemon oil.
- Dust and clean all ceiling fans (if accessible).
- Dust and clean all light fixtures.
- Remove all cushions and vacuum all upholstered furniture
- Wipe the inside of all windows, window trim and vacuum drapes
