All doors, and wood trim around windows and doors, are dusted and then thoroughly cleaned with Murphy's Oil. We "gently" scrap off each "spec" of paint from hardwood and tiled floors and windows. The hardwood and tiled floors are then vacuumed, damp mopped and buffed to bring up the shine. All manufacturers' labels are removed from windows, kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures. All kitchen cabinets are damp wiped and then carefully and meticulously cleaned with Murphy's Oil to "showcase" the natural grain of the wood. The inside of all appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, etc.,) are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We use the correct "specialty cleaning products" properly to bring out the natural "glossy sheen" of stainless steel appliances, chrome fixtures, granite or marble counter tops and floors. Plus, all fingerprints are removed from door handles, door jambs, push plates and light switches. When our "cleaning process" is complete, you can rest assured that your properties will be at their very best when viewed and evaluated by your potential buyers.
